I am a 4th Ward resident who resides in Hoboken Housing Authority, and I am proud to say that I am supporting Dawn Zimmer.
I know first hand that Dawn Zimmer is committed to our neighborhood and particularly to improving recreational and job opportunities for our kids.
When I was organizing a bus trip to Dorney Park this summer for kids and their parents, I called Councilwoman Zimmer and she was able to secure the funding for us. I mean, nearly every child and needed parents went at no cost and everyone had a great time. I also know the Councilwoman Zimmer helped arrange for kids from the Housing Authority to attend summer camp.
Councilwoman Zimmer was always available and accessible. Let's be real, most candidates make all kinds of promises they cannot keep just to get elected and then you never see them again. In Councilwoman Zimmer's short term she has proven herself to be dedicated and devoted to her words. It is important that she be allowed to finish the job she started and work to improve our entire 4th Ward.
