Recently, a group of concerned neighbors met at an informal gathering to discuss the events of July 25th, the rape and murder of 18-year-old Jennifer Moore of Harrington Park, NJ.
This letter is written to call attention to the upcoming Township Council Meeting to be held on August 16th at 7 p.m. at Town Hall, 400 Park Ave., in Weehawken and to urge those who would like to voice their concerns about the events of July 25th to attend.
Let us come together at this somber time with suggestions and ideas that could lead to the prevention of violent crimes in Weehawken, such as the recent homicide on Park Avenue and 48th Street, in the future.
